On September 21, my Garena Free Fire account was hacked and stolen. That day, I noticed that a recovery code had been sent to my email address through the game. Afterward, the hackers added their own email to my account, and this morning at 07:22, I completely lost access to my account.
My account was linked to my Facebook and played on an Android device. When I tried logging into the game this morning, I discovered that I had been logged out, and shortly after, I realized that my Facebook account had also been accessed by someone else. When I regained control of my Facebook account and tried logging back into Free Fire, it created a new account from scratch, and all my previous data was gone.
My user ID is 830753860. I can also provide proof of purchase from the day I bought the account. I urgently request that my original account be restored. So far, I haven’t been able to reach Garena or Facebook support, and I couldn’t find any official assistance channel.
I ask for immediate help and resolution regarding this issue, as I’ve been completely locked out of my account.
