I am an Android Free Fire player, and I am writing because my Garena Free Fire account has been hacked and linked to another Gmail address without my permission.
Around the Nepali month of Karthik, I attempted to log into my usual Free Fire account using my normal Facebook login. However, instead of opening my original account, the game suddenly opened a completely new account, even though the connected Facebook account was still the same. Only the actual Free Fire game account had changed, which clearly indicates that my original account had been taken over and rebound to another Gmail account without my authorization.
What makes this even more concerning is that my original account was shown as “logged in 3 days ago” inside the game, even though I personally did not have access to it at that time. This clearly suggests that another person is currently accessing and using my account.
My original Free Fire UID is 698795830, and all of my game progress, achievements, skins, and in-game items remain attached to that account. I am extremely worried that I may permanently lose everything because of this unauthorized account takeover and Gmail rebinding.
I have not yet contacted Garena Free Fire support or Facebook/Google directly regarding this issue, but I am now urgently requesting help through this complaint.
I kindly request that my original Free Fire account be investigated, recovered, and returned to me as the rightful owner. I also request that any unauthorized Gmail binding or suspicious access connected to the account be immediately removed.
I am fully prepared to provide any additional information, login history, purchase records, screenshots, or verification required to prove that I am the genuine original owner of the account.
I respectfully ask Garena to investigate this hacking incident seriously and help me regain access to my original Free Fire account as soon as possible.
