Garena Free Fire Account Recovery Request After Unauthorized Email Change
My Free Fire account with ID 2515179146 was linked to my Facebook account, and I always logged into the game using that account. When I tried to log in again today, I realized my account had been taken over and now appears as if it’s a newly created level 2 bot account. In addition, a recovery email address listed as “r*******@gmail.com” has been linked to my account without my knowledge or permission.
So far, I have not contacted any support team to recover my account. I am requesting that my original account be securely returned to me, that it be thoroughly investigated, and that Garena officials take action to relink my compromised account back to me.
I specifically request that an authorized representative handling this matter contact me directly by phone, conduct a full security review of my account, confirm that I am the rightful owner, and restore the account to me. I also want the unauthorized recovery email address “r*******@gmail.com” completely removed and the account securely relinked to my own email address.
