Free Fire Diamonds Sent to Wrong Account After Pago Store Nequi Purchase

Today I bought a 520 diamond package for Free Fire through Pago Store in Colombia, paying with my Nequi account. However, I mistakenly purchased the wrong Free Fire account, and the diamonds were added to an account that is not mine. Since I do not know how to contact support directly, I am submitting this complaint to clearly explain the issue. I paid for the 520 diamonds, but cannot use them in my own Free Fire account because they were credited to the incorrect account. I kindly request a full refund of this purchase to my Nequi account, as the diamonds were sent to the wrong account and the product is not usable for me.
