Free Fire Diamonds Not Delivered After Payment — 200 Diamonds Missing

On November 16, 2025 at 10:35, I purchased 200 diamonds in Free Fire using the balance from my postpaid mobile line for $1. Although the payment has already appeared on my bill, the diamonds have still not been added to my game account (ID: 8370659786). This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and I haven’t had any other problems. I have not yet contacted customer support.

I request that the diamonds be credited to my account as soon as possible.
