Free Fire Account Lost

I had been playing Garena Free Fire using my Facebook account until I lost access to my game account near the end of 2020. Since then, I have been unable to log in to my old account. I still have my UID number and purchase details, and my account previously had a linked email address and phone number, but these were later changed without my consent. I contacted Garena/Free Fire support multiple times about this situation and only received automated email responses, and my account has still not been recovered. Despite providing information that can prove my ownership of the account, no concrete help or manual review appears to have been carried out. I request that my Free Fire account be fully recovered and returned to me by verifying it through my UID and purchase history, and by checking the changes made to the linked email and phone number. I expect a detailed, non-automated response and a clear explanation of the steps that will be taken to restore my account.
