Free Fire Support Not Responding to Hacked Account Request

I am a Garena Free Fire player on Android, and my account linked to UID 1179397984 appears to have been hacked.
On January 11, 2026, I noticed that my Free Fire account was unlinked from my Facebook login and that the email address associated with the account was changed without my permission. After this incident, I completely lost access to my account and can no longer log in normally.
I had previously purchased diamonds on this account, and there are valuable in-game items associated with it. Losing access to the account has put all of these purchases and items at risk.
I attempted to contact support regarding this hacking incident, but so far I have not received any response.
I am requesting that my Free Fire account with UID 1179397984 be recovered, that my login methods (Facebook and email) be restored to me as the rightful owner, and that all purchased diamonds and in-game items be protected. I kindly ask that this situation be reviewed urgently and that you help me regain access to my account as soon as possible.
