Free Fire Account Hacked After Email Change — Over $1,400 in Purchases at Risk
I lost access to my Free Fire account during a sale transaction. My account, which I played on an Android device and was registered with the email address m*********@gmail.com**, was stolen about five days ago due to an incident that occurred between the buyer and an intermediary.
I have spent approximately $1,175–$1,411 (and possibly more) on diamonds for this account over time.
The incident happened only once, but someone logged into my account from a new device and changed the registered email address. I have evidence such as the buyer’s details, the intermediary’s information, and chat logs. My account contains a significant amount of purchases and valuable in-game items.
I expect Garena to restore my account and resolve the issue so that my loss can be recovered.
