Garena Free Fire Account Hacked - Unauthorized Purchases Locked Out

I just found out that someone accessed my Free Fire account without my consent. Since then, everything I've worked for has been at jeopardy. My name in the game changed, I saw unusual purchases, and a lot of my diamonds and things were missing. I continued getting "incorrect password" messages when I tried to log in. To my astonishment, the recovery options gave an email and phone number that I didn't recognize. I tried to get the account back right away, but the hacker was already in charge. I contacted Garena support and gave them screenshots, transaction details, and all the other proof I could find, but the problem is still not fixed. I've spent years establishing this account and buying things in the game, and it's sad to see that no one is helping me properly. Before things become worse, I'm urging Garena to look into this problem fully, reinstate my account, and undo the transactions that weren't approved.
