My Free Fire account with the ID 1228511407 was suspended about a year ago without any explanation. I regularly purchased diamonds and made in-game transactions on this account. I used to log in both from my own phone and from my spouse’s phone. After the suspension, I tried to access my account many times, but I repeatedly received the message “your account has been suspended,” and I have not been able to regain access.

I did not violate any rules, and since no reason was provided to me, this situation has caused significant inconvenience. I request that my account be reinstated and that my issue be resolved.
