My Free Fire account (ID: 451759957) has been suspended for nearly three years, and I am still unable to access it. Some time ago, my account was hacked, and cheats were used on it without my knowledge. I eventually managed to recover the account, but ever since, whenever I try to log in, I keep receiving the message “Your account has been suspended.”
I play on an Android device, and during this entire suspension period, I have not made any in-game purchases or payments. Despite multiple attempts, I have not been able to reach Garena Free Fire customer support to resolve this issue. It is very frustrating that my account, which I built over years, remains blocked even though the cheating activity happened while it was stolen.
I am requesting that my account be reinvestigated and reactivated immediately since the suspension is unfair and not due to my actions. I ask Free Fire’s support team to provide a clear explanation and restore my access so I can continue using my account normally.
