Free Fire Support Ignoring Diamond Ban Problem

On the evening of November 18, 2025, my Free Fire account was unfairly given a diamond ban even though I did not violate any rules. For the past three days, I have been unable to use my diamonds or continue enjoying the game. My player ID is 3049880027.

My account has absolutely no history of cheating, third-party software, abusive language, or any inappropriate behavior. Despite this, I believe an automatic or incorrect system flag has issued this diamond ban. I also have screenshots that prove the situation, and I can provide them for review upon request.

I contacted the in-game support team, but the responses I received neither took the issue seriously nor provided any solution. No clear explanation was given, and the problem has not been resolved.

I request that Free Fire officials remove this unjust diamond ban from my account, restore full access to all my diamonds, and provide compensation in the form of additional diamonds for the inconvenience I have experienced. I ask that the matter be thoroughly reviewed—including the screenshots I can submit—and that I receive a clear and definitive response.
