Free Fire Account Access Blocked by Unexpected Review Process

Today, my Garena Free Fire account was suddenly placed under review with a “your account is under investigation” warning, and I have been unable to access my account for about 30 minutes. I do not find it acceptable that my account was restricted without any explanation, reason, or detailed information.
When I try to log in, I only see the investigation warning and cannot use the game at all. I have not submitted any prior appeal or support request regarding this issue.
I am requesting that Garena immediately review my account, lift the restriction if it was applied unnecessarily, restore my access as soon as possible, and provide me with clear and transparent information about the reason for this action.
