My Gardenscapes Purchase Not Showing in Game

I purchased a package in Gardenscapes, but it hasn’t appeared in the game, and no refund has been issued. I’ve been waiting since last night, and this is extremely frustrating. I need this issue resolved immediately, or I will pursue all legal avenues. I’ve been playing for years, and I don’t want my efforts to go to waste over this unresolved issue. Please address this problem as soon as possible and ensure my purchase is properly credited in the game!
