I’m a CarX Street player, and I recently purchased a car with real money. However, the car never appeared in my garage and is completely missing from the game. I checked everywhere, but I can’t see the car, nor can I find any icon or option to switch to it.
This is very frustrating, especially since I paid for the vehicle and expected it to be delivered instantly. I don’t even know where to go to fix the problem or how to recover what I purchased.
I’m requesting immediate support to either restore the car I paid for or provide a refund. Players should not lose money on in-game purchases without receiving what they bought. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
