Gardenscapes In-App Purchase Refund Not Processed
I’ve been playing Gardenscapes for 7 years and have progressed fairly through my own efforts. However, I’ve encountered an issue with in-app purchases. My two young children have been making purchases on my phone, and despite my attempts to stop this, the purchases continue. I’ve reported the issue, but my payments have not been refunded, and I’ve lost a significant amount of money. Since these charges are taken from my phone bill, I can’t stop them entirely. Even when I disable payments, they somehow resume later. I demand an immediate refund for these unauthorized purchases. If this issue isn’t resolved, I’ll be forced to delete the game and file a complaint with the Consumer Rights Protection Agency.
