On July 21, 2024, I was scammed by an Instagram account (@murat_kar****_) promising a giveaway. I made two fast transactions from my Halkbank account to an account at Garanti Bankası Adana Seyhan Branch at 16:37 and 16:57. I was informed that the amounts I sent would be requested by the government and refunded to me. The bank statements clearly show that these transactions were meant to be refunded.
However, I later realized I had been scammed. I requested the cancellation of the fast transactions from my bank and have filed a complaint with the prosecutor's office. I can provide the documents upon request. I request that your bank accept the cancellation of these transactions, refund the amounts to my account, and prevent further victimization of others.
