I Did Not Get My Refunded Money Back From Garanti Bank

My 12-year-old son made a mistake, and we later disputed the charges. The company refunded all the fees, but Garanti BBVA refuses to return our money. We have visited the branch multiple times and contacted customer service, but every time we are given empty promises. We haven’t had enough money to buy even bread for the past 5 months, and no one is listening to us. This situation has deeply affected our family both emotionally and financially.
