Garanti BBVA Charged Me ₺200 Commission for Withdrawing ₺19000 from My Account
Today, I withdrew ₺19,000 from my Garanti BBVA account, and you charged a ₺200 commission. This is unacceptable, especially since I am supposedly a salary customer. I have never experienced such a practice with other banks. I want my money back. When I contacted customer service, they said there was nothing they could do and told me to speak with the branch. The branch, on the other hand, said I should have used a QR code for the transaction. Both transactions involve withdrawing money from my account via the ATM, so what difference does it make? I want my ₺200 refunded. You offer small loans, and you take them back at the earliest opportunity. This level of service is very frustrating.
