The branch, on the other hand, said I should have used a QR code for the transaction. Both transactions involve withdrawing money from my account via the ATM, so what difference does it make? I want my ₺200 refunded. You offer small loans, and you take them back at the earliest opportunity. This level of service is very frustrating.
