Garanti BBVA Won't Release My ₺4,100 Deposit for Bonus Card Despite Meeting Terms

Garanti Bank sent me a Bonus credit card with a ₺5,000 limit through their key card program, which required a ₺4,100 deposit. They assured me that this deposit would be released after six months of regular payments. However, despite fulfilling these terms, they haven't released my deposit.

I'm now urgently requesting that the ₺4,100 deposit in my account be released in accordance with our agreement. This situation is frustrating because I've held up my end of the bargain, making timely payments for six months, yet the bank isn't honoring their promise.

This deposit is a significant amount of money for me, and I had plans for using it once it was released. The bank's failure to follow through on their commitment is not only disappointing but also affecting my financial plans.
