Garanti BBVA Unfair Interest Deduction

On September 10, 2025, at 11:34 AM, I used a cash advance account of ₺250,000 via Garanti BBVA. Although I fully repaid this advance on September 11, 2025, at 06:18 AM, I noticed that the bank charged me 2 days of interest. Even though the transaction duration was less than 24 hours, instead of the correct amount of ₺514.58, an interest of ₺1,029.16 was charged to my account. I contacted customer service regarding this issue but received a negative response. I hereby request the refund of the extra one-day interest charged. My customer number is 23299***. The transaction was carried out through the Garanti BBVA mobile application. I kindly request the resolution of this issue as soon as possible.
