Garanti BBVA Charged Unfair Interest Despite My On-Time Credit Card Payments
I had just ₺10,000 remaining on my Garanti BBVA credit card, and I ensured that all my payments were punctual. Even so, without failing to meet the deadline for the final payment, my account was hit with an extra ₺850 interest fee. This charge seems unjust to me, as I intended to settle the remaining balance punctually, and there was no justification for additional interest to be added. This situation has led to undue stress and hassle, as I anticipated my payments to be accurate without any unexpected charges. I respectfully urge Garanti BBVA to look into this matter, eliminate the unwarranted interest, and make sure my account is rectified without delay. I trust that this issue will be addressed promptly and with clarity.
As seen, while my total debt is ₺10,000, my end-of-period debt appears as ₺10,850. I request that this unfair situation be corrected as soon as possible.
