Garanti BBVA Sent Me To Another Bank To Avoid Dealing With It
I wanted to open an account using the income tax exemption certificate I had received from the tax office. The employee at Garanti Bank's Fatih branch (Hanife To****) stated that there was a letter from general management stating that they could not open this type of account and that you should try another bank, and I was officially directed to another bank from Garanti Bank, where I have been a customer since 1998. The tax office stated that with this document, I can open an account with any bank I want, and when I report this newly opened account to the tax office, a 15% deduction will be made directly from my Youtube.com income. Despite my providing this information, they said they couldn't deal with it and advised me to go to another bank. I am withdrawing all of my funds from Garanti Bank and, as Hanife stated, I am moving to another bank.
