About three years ago, I purchased a Gamepower Luna headset from a store in Haznedar. Over time, the ear pads have completely peeled off. In addition, the cables in the headband area have become stiff and are close to breaking, and the microphone no longer works at all.

I do not have the warranty certificate or receipt, but since this is a Gamepower-branded product, I am requesting assistance with repairs. I would like the ear pads to be replaced, the hardened and nearly broken headband cables to be renewed, and the microphone issue to be fixed so the headset can become usable again.

If necessary, I am open to a paid repair option. I kindly ask that you provide clear pricing and process information, and assist me with spare parts and technical service support.
