Gamepower Jin Headset Ear Pads Peeling After Normal Use

I purchased my Gamepower Jin headset about 1–2 years ago through Trendyol. Even though I have only used it under normal indoor conditions and handled it carefully on a daily basis, the ear pads have gradually started to peel and are now in very poor condition, both visually and in terms of comfort.
I do not find it acceptable for the product to deteriorate like this in such a relatively short time under normal use. Unfortunately, I no longer have the order or invoice number, but I believe this issue does not reflect the expected Gamepower quality and should be evaluated under warranty.
I am requesting that Gamepower provide replacement ear pads free of charge and assist me in resolving this issue.
