On July 15, 2023, I purchased a Gamepower Medusa headset through Hepsiburada. Despite using it carefully and for short periods of time, the coating on the ear pads has gradually started to peel and flake off completely. At this point, it is uncomfortable to use and looks very worn out.

Overall, I am satisfied with the headset’s performance. However, I have not been able to find any information about obtaining replacement ear pads for this specific issue. There is no official link online to purchase replacement ear cushions, nor is there clear guidance on which channel I should contact for support.

I am requesting that Gamepower provide replacement ear pads for this model. If possible, I would appreciate receiving them free of charge under warranty. If not, I ask that you share a clear and official link or the contact information of an authorized parts seller where I can purchase the ear pads. I am otherwise happy with the product and simply want this part-related issue resolved.
