Gamepower sent me a different model — how can I demand an exchange for the one I paid for?

If Gamepower sent you a different model than the one you purchased and you want to demand an exchange for the correct one;

• Gather evidence: invoice/proof of purchase, description of the model you bought, and photos of the product received (box and label)
• Keep the order number, shipping tracking number, and any emails showing the original model
• Do not use the product beyond what’s necessary to verify it; keep the packaging and accessories
• Note the exact difference (model, specifications) and when you first reported it

Ask them to;

• Confirm in writing that an incorrect item was shipped
• Authorize a free exchange for the purchased model, or immediate replacement
• Provide a ticket/RMA, return label, and clear timelines
• Confirm there will be no return charges and that your original purchase will be honored
• Keep the case open until you receive the correct model

If the issue remains unresolved, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to raise awareness and inform others.
