Gameplus Refund Request For Unintended Auto-Renewal Charge

Through Gameplus, I had purchased the GeForce Now Performance 6-month package with automatic renewal. Because I forgot to cancel the automatic renewal, an amount of 3,354 TL was charged to my credit card on 04.06.2026. As soon as I saw the confirmation message that the payment had been taken, I cancelled my subscription on the same day. I have not used the renewed subscription at all and have not benefited from the service in any way during this new period. Although I do not want the subscription to continue, the fee has been automatically charged solely because I failed to cancel in time. The renewal occurred entirely due to forgetfulness, and I have no intention of using the service for this period. I have also not been able to contact Gameplus or GeForce Now support about this issue yet. Considering that I cancelled the subscription immediately after the payment and did not use the service at all during the renewed term, I kindly request a refund of the 3,354 TL charged to my card and that my grievance be resolved after the necessary review.
