PlayStation Plus Deluxe Renewed Without My Permission and Charged Me $109

My PlayStation Plus Deluxe subscription was automatically renewed without any prior notice or my approval. On May 19, 2026, I realized that a charge of approximately $109 USD had been withdrawn from the Ziraat Bank debit card linked to my Turkey-region PlayStation account. I only became aware of the transaction after receiving an automatic withdrawal SMS notification from my bank.
Before the renewal, PlayStation did not send me any warning email, notification, or confirmation screen regarding the upcoming charge, and I did not want to renew my subscription. As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted Ziraat Bank, but the bank informed me that the refund could only be processed directly by PlayStation.
I have tried reaching PlayStation Support through multiple channels, but so far I have been unable to find anyone to assist me, and none of my requests have received a response. I am requesting a full refund of the approximately $109 USD charged through this unauthorized automatic renewal process, which was completed without my clear consent or approval.
In addition, I want all future automatic renewal transactions permanently disabled on my account, and I request written confirmation once this action has been completed.
