Since the latest Asphalt 9 update, my game starts with a new profile every time I log in. When I attempt to connect via Google, I receive an error message saying the login failed. Reporting this issue through the help center takes hours, and even after contacting support directly via email, I only receive generic copy-paste responses with no actual resolution.
I have spent significant time and money on this game, and I either want my original profile restored or a full refund for all my in-game purchases. Asphalt 9’s support team needs to take this issue seriously and provide a prompt solution. Players deserve better treatment and a functioning account recovery process.
