Can't Connect Asphalt 9 to Facebook, No Response from Support


I’ve been unable to connect my Asphalt 9 game to my Facebook account, and despite emailing support, I’ve received no response. The process for resolving this issue is extremely slow, and there’s no representative to speak with directly. I’ve tried everything—uninstalling and reinstalling the game, clearing the cache, and deleting all data before reinstalling, but nothing works. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? It’s very frustrating that I can’t get any help from support.
