I Can’t Play Asphalt X on PC—Game Freezes or Won’t Load Depending on Internet Status

I'm having a major issue with Asphalt X on my computer and I’m beyond frustrated. When I try to open the game, it simply won’t progress. If I disconnect my internet, I get stuck on the message saying, “Checking online profile.” But when I reconnect the internet, the game just freezes and becomes completely unresponsive.

No matter what I try, I can’t get past these loading or freezing screens. This makes the game unplayable. I don’t understand why this is happening, especially since it used to work fine before. Now I feel completely stuck and ignored.

I’m asking that this issue be reported directly to Gameloft. I just want to be able to enjoy the game again like I used to. Please fix this bug and make the game playable for users like me who are facing these connection-based problems.
