Galabet Withdrawal Still Not Credited Despite “Paid” Status

Last night at 2:40 a.m., I made a ₺10,080 withdrawal from my Galabet account to my Yapı Kredi Bank account. Although the transaction status on Galabet shows as “paid,” the money has still not reached my bank account even after a long delay.
When I contacted Galabet live support, they told me there was a system update in progress and asked me to wait. However, several hours have passed since then, and there is still no deposit in my Yapı Kredi account. I have the transaction reference number and a screenshot of the withdrawal confirmation. All accounts belong to me, and there are no errors in the provided details.
This delay is causing serious inconvenience, and I am unable to make urgent payments because of it. I request that this issue be resolved immediately and that the ₺10,080 withdrawal amount be transferred to my account without further delay.
