G2A Payment Not Received, Charged Again Without 3D Secure Confirmation

I previously made a ₺32 purchase from my G2A account, but the payment wasn’t processed, and I have yet to receive a refund. A few days later, I was charged ₺91, and I only received the notification today. To make matters worse, there was no 3D Secure confirmation for this transaction. This situation is really frustrating, and I am now considering closing my account with my bank because of this issue. I urgently want my money back and would appreciate if someone from G2A could get in touch with me as soon as possible to resolve this. I hope to see my refund processed quickly, as I don’t want to lose more time or money over this matter.
