I Face Difficulty Recovering Funds from FXCM Platform!
I have a significant grievance concerning FXCM Hong Kong. It all started when J**, a manager at the esteemed Hong Kong stock exchange, approached me with promises of lucrative opportunities and unparalleled security within FXCM's ecosystem. She assured me that FXCM operates with the utmost integrity and that no investor ever experiences losses or mishaps under their watch. Intrigued by her proposition and eager to capitalize on potential gains, I decided to entrust my funds to FXCM through her guidance.
Following her advice, I eagerly invested my hard-earned money in various ventures under the FXCM umbrella, optimistic about the returns I would soon enjoy. However, my optimism quickly turned to dismay when I encountered significant obstacles while attempting to withdraw my funds from the platform. Despite numerous attempts and persistent inquiries, I have been unable to access the funds I deposited, leaving me deeply concerned and disillusioned with FXCM's practices.
In our correspondence with the company named Fxcm, I have learned from the documents sent to me that they have a prior criminal record. Despite repeatedly requesting the full payment of the principal amount I had deposited, they informed me that this payment could not be made. They mentioned the existence of an application called vip1-vip2-vip3 only during the withdrawal process after I had deposited my money, and they confiscated my funds to avoid paying them back. When I stated that I would take legal action against this company, they told me that I could apply to an international court. I am filing a complaint against this company, and I advise Turkish citizens to avoid such incidents. If requested, I can share all documents and correspondence.
If a meeting were arranged directly with the company representative of this FXCM company instead of the customer service department, maybe these issues would be resolved. I think it is necessary to obtain the contact numbers of the FXCM company executives. I don't believe they are aware of this situation.
