I Lost ₺48,000 on Fund FX Without Trading and Can’t Get My Money Back

I deposited ₺48,000 into Fund FX (now operating under the name Fundyo Yatırım) and never even had the chance to open a single trade. Despite that, my entire balance was wiped out with no explanation or justification. I never authorized any transactions, and yet the money has vanished from my account.

What’s worse is the complete silence from the company’s side. I’ve submitted multiple refund requests and reached out through every channel available, but no one has responded. I have proof of everything—screenshots, receipts, and full chat transcripts that clearly show I was scammed.

This company has shown no intention of resolving the issue or communicating honestly. Changing their name from Fund FX to Fundyo Yatırım doesn’t erase what they’ve done. I demand a full and immediate refund of my ₺48,000 and call on relevant authorities to take action against this fraudulent operation. I’m sharing this publicly to warn others: do not trust this platform, and always document your transactions in case you need legal support.
