IndexFX Scammed Me Out of ₺106,000 With False Promises of Guaranteed Profit
IndexFX is absolutely not a safe or trustworthy institution—they deliberately deceive and exploit their customers. I was personally defrauded. One of their employees, A*** from IndexFX**, repeatedly called me, pressuring me to deposit money. He promised: “You will definitely earn profits. There is no risk of losing. Don’t trade on your own—just follow my instructions.”
Trusting him, I invested a total of ₺40,000. He told me to open and close trades exactly as he directed, and after one supposed profit he said: “Send me your account number and I’ll transfer the money.” Instead, within two hours my account was wiped to zero.
Later, another employee, E*** from IndexFX**, contacted me. He claimed that if I deposited ₺66,000, he could restore my account to its original balance and recover my funds. I said I didn’t want to lose more, but he assured me: “If you lose, I will personally cover the loss.” Once again, within just 30 minutes, my account balance was wiped to zero. No refund was given.
In total, IndexFX deliberately caused me to lose ₺106,000 through lies and manipulation. I am convinced they don’t even forward trades to the market but manipulate everything internally.
I demand that IndexFX’s license be revoked, that the individuals responsible be held accountable, and most importantly, that my ₺106,000 be refunded immediately. No financial institution should be allowed to operate this way, misleading customers with false guarantees and destroying lives.
