Fun88 UPI Deposit Not Credited After Ten Days

On 02/03/26 I deposited ₹1500 into my Fun88 account via UPI using PhonePe, but even after 10 days the amount has still not been credited to my Fun88 wallet. I have contacted Fun88 customer support several times about this missing deposit. Each time they make me wait in the chat for a long time and then leave the chat without giving any clear answer or solution, which is very frustrating and unprofessional. I request that this issue be resolved immediately by either crediting the ₹1500 to my Fun88 wallet or refunding the amount back to my bank account and providing a clear explanation of what happened with this transaction.
