FUN88 Did Not Credit My ₹5000 Deposit From Google Pay

I deposited ₹5000 on the FUN88 platform on 01 March 2026 at 7:56 PM via UPI using Google Pay. The amount was debited from my Punjab National Bank account, and the transaction is marked as “Completed.” The UPI reference number for this transaction is 606021534655. Despite this, the amount has still not been credited to my FUN88 gaming account. Although I have been receiving repeated generic responses, I have not been given any clear status update or resolution. I find it unacceptable that the payment is successful on my bank and UPI side, yet my FUN88 account balance has not been updated. I request that the ₹5000 be immediately credited to my FUN88 gaming account. If, for any reason, this is not possible, I ask that a full refund of ₹5000 be processed back to my original Punjab National Bank account. I also request a clear confirmation of which action will be taken and the exact timeframe within which this issue will be resolved.

My issue has still not been resolved.
