I am facing a serious problem with my Fun88 account. On 5 March at around 7:09, I deposited ₹10,000 into my Fun88 gaming account using UPI through the PhonePe application, but the amount has still not been credited to my Fun88 balance. My game ID/username on Fun88 is “Rashid7***”. The payment was successfully debited from my PhonePe/UPI, but on Fun88 the balance has not increased and I have not received any UPI transaction ID or credit confirmation from the platform. Because of this, I am unable to use the amount I have already paid, which is causing me both financial and mental stress. I request Fun88 to urgently check this transaction, verify the payment made from PhonePe, and either credit ₹10,000 to my Fun88 account or refund the full amount to my original payment method as soon as possible. I also request clear information about the status of this transaction in writing so that this issue can be fully resolved.
