Melbet Support Does Not Resolve $180 Deposit Issue
My name is Ankit Kumar, and my Melbet account ID is 1450139131. On February 7, 2026, I deposited ₹15,000 into my Melbet account via UPI using the PhonePe application with the “UPI Direct” method. The amount was successfully debited from my PhonePe/linked bank account, but even after eight days, the money has still not been credited to my Melbet gaming balance.
I have full transaction details and proof of payment from PhonePe, including the transaction ID and screenshots confirming that the payment was completed. Despite this, the deposit has not appeared in my Melbet account.
I have already contacted Melbet customer support through both email and live chat, but the issue remains unresolved, and the approximately ₹15,000 is still missing from my gaming balance.
I respectfully request that the ₹15,000 deposit made on February 7, 2026 via PhonePe UPI be verified and credited to my Melbet account as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation for this delay, as this situation is causing serious inconvenience and a loss of trust in the platform.
