On 22/11/2025, I deposited 1,900 INR into my BC account (account ID/number: 31435899) via UPI using Paytm. The transaction was completed on my side, and I received the transaction reference/UTR number 569279374818. However, the 1,900 INR has still not been credited to my BC account. Since this issue occurred, I have contacted BC support multiple times, and each time I received the same reply that this payment was not received. Despite providing the transaction details, the problem has not been resolved, and my money is still missing. I request that this deposit of 1,900 INR with UPI Paytm reference/UTR 569279374818 be investigated urgently and either immediately credited to my BC account (ID 31435899) or refunded back to my original payment method. I also expect clear information about the reason for this problem so that it does not happen again.
