I am writing about an unresolved deposit issue I have experienced with BHT Club in India. I made a total of three deposits via UPI, two on 22 December and one on 23 December, for a total amount of INR 9,500. Although all three transactions were completed from my side, none of these deposits were added to my gaming wallet balance. After noticing that the funds were not reflected in my wallet, I contacted BHT Club customer service. However, I only received bot responses and could not get any proper support or solution from a real representative. As a result, my money remains stuck and I am unable to use it in my gaming wallet. I request that BHT Club immediately investigate these three UPI transactions, credit the missing total amount of INR 9,500 to my gaming wallet, or refund it back to my original payment method as soon as possible. I also expect clearer and human customer support regarding this issue so that similar problems do not occur again.
