Deposit Pending More Then 15days And No Support From Bc.Game

I made an INR 5,000 deposit to my BC.Game account via UPI on 23/12/2025 from India, and the payment has been stuck in “pending” status since then. The amount was successfully debited from my UPI account, and I have all the necessary payment proof and transaction details, but the balance has not been credited to my BC.Game account. I contacted BC.Game customer support regarding this issue, but the only response I keep receiving is to “wait, without any concrete solution, time frame, or proper investigation into my case. This situation is causing serious inconvenience, especially since the payment is clearly completed on my side for INR 5,000. I request that my deposit be immediately credited to my BC.Game account without any further delay, or that the issue be resolved urgently by your relevant team. I am ready to provide all transaction IDs, UPI reference numbers, and screenshots whenever requested, so this can be quickly checked and fixed.
