Frontier Airlines Canceled Flights, No Compensation
I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience flying with Frontier Airlines to Canada. There is only one person available at the customer service desk, which leads to delays and frustration for customers. I have experienced the frustration of having my flights canceled three times without receiving any compensation for the inconvenience caused. It's incredibly frustrating to call their 1-800 number and not be able to speak to an actual person anymore. It can be quite exasperating when a problem arises and there seems to be no solution in sight. The Whatsapp and live chat features are handled by AI bots. Overall, their customer service is extremely poor. I need a reasonable compensation.
