My Frontier flight got cancelled, and they gave me a credit. How do I do it?

If your Frontier flight was canceled and you got a credit, follow these steps to use it:

• To use the credit from your canceled flight, all you have to do is book a new flight on Flyfrontier.com.

• When the payment screen comes up during the booking process, choose "Credit with Frontier" and enter the six-character confirmation code from the first booking.

Important Notes: You can't trade credits for cash. Most credits can only be redeemed within 90 days, so they must be used before they expire. It's possible that your credit won't cover the full price of your new item. Any balance that is still due must be paid with a credit card.

Credits can only be used by the passenger who was given them. They can't be given to anyone else. The name on the original reservation must exactly match the name on the new reservation made with the credit.
