Frontier Airlines Baggage Fees Skyrocketing
As a frequent flier, I value customer service and amenities on flights, but my most recent experience with Frontier Airlines left a lot to be desired. The lack of WiFi, free refreshments, and limited legroom made the travel miserable. Additionally, the lack of reclining chairs and in-flight entertainment exacerbated the discomfort. The lack of outlets and low-quality tray tables were disappointing. Despite being a paying customer, essential conveniences were missing. Furthermore, the poor customer service at the DCA airport was alarming. When I asked for help, the personnel treated me dismissively and condescendingly, especially when it came to bag fees. The lack of transparency and dismissive attitude reflected a lack of professionalism at Frontier Airlines, generating a bad impression. Improved accountability and customer service are critical to improving the flight experience.
