FreshBet Blocked My Account After Withdrawal Request

I joined FreshBet in June 2025 and it went well. Without any problems, my first withdrawal of £300 went through in three days. I asked for another withdrawal on June 16, after winning more than £2,000 the weekend after. Things started to go wrong then. I got a "504 Gateway Timeout" problem when I tried to log in to verify the status, and Cloudflare kept flashing up. I still can't get into my account. FreshBet says that bitcoin withdrawals are quick and bank transactions can take up to three business days, but I haven't heard anything new. It's not the £15,000 monthly withdrawal limit that's the problem; I'm just scared that I've lost access to both my account and my money. Their support crew needs to give me answers.
