I Faced Withdrawal Limits and Hidden Fees On FreshBet

In June 2025, soon after I won a lot of money on a bet, I had a really stressful time with FreshBet. I asked to withdraw money on June 12, and that's when the problems started. They asked for a few kinds of ID, which I gave them, but then they wanted pictures of every debit card I had ever used on their site. I saw that even though I had paid in British pounds, the transaction was handled in euros, which I wasn't told about. Because of this, my bank charged me conversion fees. It took almost a week just to verify the card, and when I eventually tried to cash out on June 18, I was told I had exhausted my monthly limit for withdrawals. My money is stuck until July now. This whole thing seems to be taking too long and is making things hard.
