On November 28, 2025, at around 13:00, I had a total balance of $294 in my Fixbet account. I submitted two withdrawal requests through Garanti Bank, each for $113. However, neither of these withdrawal requests was processed, and shortly afterward, I was logged out of the system.
When I logged back in, I saw that a $23 “loss bonus” had been added to my account. No action was taken regarding my main balance — the money I deposited and attempted to withdraw — and I was not allowed to make any withdrawals. At this point, I cannot access my funds, and I have been left completely disadvantaged by the system.
My name appears on my Fixbet account as Ahmet R***, and my username is a***91. When I try to reach someone through live support or any other communication channel, I cannot find anyone to speak with and receive no responses.
I request that Fixbet immediately process my two withdrawal requests totaling $227 made via Garanti Bank, pay out all of the funds in my account in full, and urgently resolve this issue.
